Here is a way to nourish your hair with avocados:
• Mash up the avocado. Mix it with one tablespoon of lemon
juice, one teaspoon of sea salt, and tablespoon of pure aloe.
Stir until it becomes a paste.
• Apply to hair and comb the paste through with your fingertips.
• Cover up your hair with a plastic cap or bag and wrap
a towel around the plastic. This insulate the avocado hair treatment.
• Leave on your hair for approximately 30 minutes.
• Take off the wrap and rinse hair. Shampoo and rinse
again. This avocado hair treatment will nourish your hair and
make it shine.
