How
I Learned To Grow My Hair Fast
As I was trying to
get my hair to grow fast, I learned a few weird but very effective
tips. It all starts with a good diet, but you can also do other
things: avoid brushing when wet, keep your hair protected from
damage, and get your ends trimmed once in a while. It’ll
take patience, but soon enough you’ll get results if you
follow my tips on how to grow my hair fast!
To help grow my hair
fast, I used a diet high in protein. Make sure you eat a lot
of vegetables, tofu and beans. You can also take vitamin supplements
for vitamin E and D, as well as niacin. Always make efforts
to consume a lot of water. Not only is it good to grow your
hair fast, it’s good for your general health! Just eat
healthy and it should help your hair grow fast.
There are a few more
unorthodox things I learned when discovering how to grow my
hair fast. First, putting your hair upside down for about half
a minute every day will activate blood in the follicles and
help with the growth. Weird but true, prenatal classes also
helped to grow my hair fast! Even without being pregnant, prenatal
classes made my hair grow faster than before.
For daily care, you
have to wash and condition your hair every day. You’re
better off with a comb than with a brush. Use a good conditioner,
not a cheap one. A cheap conditioner will only make your hair
look oily. There are some shampoos that are made to help with
hair growth, so try them if you like. If you blow-dry your hair,
use a heat-protecting shampoo and conditioner. Wrap your hair
in a silk scarf when going to bed to protect from pulling.
Here, you know my
tips on how to grow my hair fast. I get my hair trimmed about
every second month, and I follow the above rules. Taking vitamins
and eating a good diet is essential, as well as using good hair
care products.
